My side effects They ebb and flow. The past few days have been OK, but my energy is lagging, my chemo rash is acting up, and I can't taste much of anything anymore except for sugar, wine, and random spices like cumin and curry.
I admit I'm having a hard time coming to terms with my targeted therapy infusion's side effects, which mimic menopause symptoms. This infusion will continue into November. I haven't slept through the night in over a month, and I'm pissed that on top of all of this stuff, I have to learn how to manage menopause symptoms (without the benefit of going through and ending menopause). It's a whole new thing to research and learn. Alas.
