It's 20 degrees today—balmy!—and Monty's spirits are up, and mine are too. Just a few more days of frigidness before we can get above-freezing temps, and I can resume outdoor walks and runs!
Today's infusions went: Well. Did I mention there's a massage therapist who walks around and gives massages (neck/shoulders, hands/arms, or feet), and her touch is heavenly? What a gift! And free parking.
Today's soup: Will remain a mystery. I had an early start (7:20 a.m.!) and left before soup time.
Notes on Portgate: My port probably still hurts during certain activities because "I have no fat there to cushion it." This is according to my doctor, since it's not supposed to hurt. If I should have asked for the port to be implanted in a fatty area, they should have asked so I could have volunteered some! 😂
Exercise notes: The treadmill hurts like a MF, so for the days I can't run outside, I've started water-running! Because you find a way.
Most prominent side effects I'm dealing with right now: Chemo brain/brain fog, ultra-sensitive skin, nose bleeds. And sugar cravings! What's up with that? (It's related to fatigue and energy.)
